Sub: Demand to Release & Repatriate to India, 20 months old minor Gujarati girl Ariha Shah from Berlin, Germany
Your Excellency,
We have come to know the sad plight of a Gujarati Indian family Mrs. Dhara & Mr. Bhavesh Shah, Holzmarktstrasse 73, Wohnung 0701, Berlin 10179, Germany (Mob: +91-98679-35035, Email: me@bhaveshshah.com ) regarding their 20 months minor baby girl Ariha Shah now in foster care home in Germany.
The baby girl is in German foster care custody on frivolous grounds. The parents have been legally fighting out their case in Germany in support of their parental rights of their minor kid.
The baby girl has been born in a Jain family with strict vegetarian dietary restrictions. But German authorities have rebutted their contention and state that only non vegetarian diet is healthy for babies. The minor baby has been denied temple visits on festival days. This is atrocious and violation of United Nations Convention for the Rights of Child.
We demand the immediate release of baby Ariha Shah from German foster care custody. And repatriation with her physical custody to her immediate family members in India. With warm regards,
